Connecticut Park Wedding

A Connecticut Park Wedding at Tod’s Point in Greenwich Point Park is a truly enchanting occasion to witness. Bride and groom, Stephanie Pugliese and Casey O’Donnell, joined in a Marriage of the Spirit Ceremony for their summer Connecticut Park Wedding. The couple were married in a traditional church ceremony at Sacred Heart Church in Greenwich, Connecticut on Saturday, July 7, 2012. The Marriage of the Spirit ceremony took place on the Tuesday prior to the church wedding, and it was performed by a friend of the bride and groom, Eve Kerwin, who calls herself White Buffalo Woman. The only other people who attended the beauty of the Tod’s Point ceremony were Stephanie’s mother and father, who stood by the couple to witness the event and support them in their union. In this photograph from Stephanie and Casey’s celebration at Greenwich Point Park, the couple is seen walking along the pathways that wind through the grounds of Tod’s Point. Stephanie wears a knee-length white sundress and flat sandals, while Casey appears in khakis, a light blue button down shirt, and sandals. The pair are dressed casually for the summer afternoon, in perfect attire for their ceremony and for a walk through the park. In the picture, the bride and groom hold hands as they step toward a stone stairway. The image of the stairway ascending into the woods looks like a scene from a fairytale. Stephanie and Casey are not only beginning a marriage, they are stepping forward into a beautiful, new adventure.
