Orthodox Jewish Wedding Photography

Orthodox Jewish Wedding Photography documents the cultural rituals that are witnessed at a Jewish marriage ceremony. The Orthodox Jewish Wedding Photography of Daniella and Sam displayed the beauty of their wedding day, along with the moments of tradition. The wedding took place on August 19, 2010 on the property owned by Daniella’s father, located just outside of Philadelphia. This photo from their wedding day captures a moment Sam shared with some of the men in his family. The summer sun shone down from high above the wedding as the men sat down at one of the covered tables to spend time with the groom. Around the group, the grass and tree leaves stand bold and green, adding vibrant color to the image. The men all wear black suits, white dress shirts, and white or black ties, with the exception of the man who stands behind the groom patting his brow with a handkerchief. Being that the wedding took place in the middle of August, the afternoon sun was hot and drove the men to find some respite under the shade of a tree. Sam sits at the table in the center of the group, with his father next to him placing a hand on his shoulder. Each of the men around his are a bit older than he, and as they talk they share advice with Sam on marriage and on life in general. It is a moment that spans several generations, with Sam patiently listening to men who have experienced the joys and struggles of marriage, and who are now passing their wisdom on to him.
