Combine family values, deep commitment, and romantic vibes and you get this beautiful Race Brook Lodge wedding in the Berkshires. The Race Brook Lodge is a lovely bed and breakfast that combines a little bit of antique with a rustic flair. It’s a relaxing space that provides a respite from the rest of the world, and it was perfect for the happy couple, Eli and Lauren.
Lauren was all elegance and grace in a gorgeous white ¾ length sleeve gown that wrapped artfully to one side, and Eli was looking handsome in a blue suit with a gray vest. The bride was able to share a special moment with her mother while preparing for the wedding, and photos were also taken of the groom getting ready for the big moment.
The two had a ceremony filled with family members and friends, the guests numbering around 130. There were several children in attendance as well, who added a lot of fun. Some brothers and members from both sides of the family held the chuppah during the vows, breaking glass, and wine drinking the newlyweds shared. It was a huge honor and a moment no one will forget. This special time was magnified by the fall colors of the outdoors, and the large tree which provided a backdrop. A more peaceful and beautiful event would have been impossible.
After sharing their first kiss as husband and wife, Lauren and Eli didn’t have to go far for some gorgeous portraits. All they needed to do was slip into the surrounding woods for the perfect setting. The foliage and sweetness of the moment created magical pictures that will surely be treasured forever.
Following the ceremony, the guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in which to catch up and discuss the nuptials, which preceded an intimate sit down dinner with much love and laughter shared all around. The reception during the Race Brook Lodge wedding was held in a charming area of the lodge that featured wooden accents and globe lighting. The children present certainly created some lively moments on the dance floor, and a great time was had by all. This wedding was definitely the beginning of something beautiful.
