Gotham Hall Wedding

A Gotham Hall Wedding is a wonder to experience. Construction of the New York City venue began back in 1922, only then it was called the Greenwich Saving Bank. The structure of the historic building was modeled after a variety of ancient Roman architecture. The details of both the interior and exterior of Gotham Hall give the space a grandiose ambiance that is ideal for an elegantly lavish and memorable New York City wedding event. The Gotham Hall Wedding of Carla and Adam took place on a beautiful summer evening in 2010. Both the wedding ceremony and the reception were held at Gotham Hall, and the entire day was an occasion that was as memorable as the building itself. This image from Carla and Adam’s marriage ceremony shows the bride beginning her walk down the aisle on the arm of her father. The space is immaculately decorated for the celebration, with sheer fabric floating down from an enormous chandelier giving the ceremony an air of enchantment. The chandelier illuminates the area below, and gives the room a warm glow as the ceremony begins. The veiled area mirrors the veil that flows down the back of the bride, as she gazes ahead at her groom. The groom, Adam, stands at the end of the long white aisle runner, waiting for his love to meet him there. Soon, Carla will slowly step forward, past the joyful faces of her guests, until she comes to the moment when her father will “give her away” to Adam, who will vow to cherish and love her for all of his days.
