Church of Saint Ignatius Loyola Wedding

A Church Saint Ignatius Loyola Wedding is a blessed event that is set in a one of the many historic structures that can be found in New York City. The Church Saint Ignatius Loyola Wedding of Gemma Keating and Barry O’Brien took place on a Friday evening in July of 2010. In this photo from their beautiful marriage celebration, Gemma and Barry stand before the priest, prepared to say their vows. In the image, the groom faces the priest, wearing a black tuxedo, a white dress shirt and tie, and a bright smile. The figure of the bride is turned slightly toward the groom, but her attention is on the words being spoken by the priest. The bride, Gemma, wears a stunning white gown, with a unique ruffled collar. Her bridal veil is secured in her auburn hair, and from there is waterfalls down her back to touch the floor of the church. The background of the church is blurred in the picture to bring focus to the couple who stand at its center. Both the bride and groom were expressions of happy anticipation. They are ready to say “I do” and to promise to love and cherish one another for a lifetime. In a few moments the priest will pronounce the two as husband and wife, and they will step forward from the doors of the church as one in marriage. This captured moment freezes the instant that begins a new, exciting chapter for Gemma and Barry, and it is a moment that they will hold close for years to come.
