A Greenwich Hyatt Wedding is a classic event that all who attend will enjoy and remember for years to come. The Greenwich Hyatt Wedding of Stephanie Pugliese and Casey O’Donnell took place on a summer Saturday in 2012. The couple said “I do” at Sacred Heart Church in Greenwich, Connecticut. The newlyweds then journeyed with me to Todd’s Point for portraits before the wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency Hotel back in Greenwich. This black and white picture from Stephanie and Casey’s wedding day shows the couple sharing a kiss on Todd’s Point. Todd’s Point is the local name for the area that is officially known as Greenwich Point Park. In the image, the bride and groom stand on one of the high, scenic overlooks of this tranquil spot. In the background the sea rolls lazily up to the shore, while overhead the sun shines brightly on the happy couple. Casey leans in the kiss his bride in a tender moment, captured by the flash of the camera. This is one of the first of many happy memories the two will make together as husband and wife, and one that they will surely cherish for a lifetime. Both the bride and groom exude contentment, standing on the Connecticut shoreline as a cool breeze brushes by, blowing Stephanie’s sheer, white veil around the two and giving the impression that they are in their own private world. The black and white color of the picture gives it a sense timelessness - they could be a bride and groom from any time, embracing by the sea, about to embark on a new and exciting chapter.
